Refund Policy

Premier Photo Booth Co does NOT reschedule events. If you need to reschedule your event, you will first need to cancel your current booking (Cancellation fees apply), then second rebook a new event. 

What happens if it rains at my event?

Cancellation Fees:

Canceling you're booking on or before the 14th day prior to your booking date will result in a 5% cancellation fee.

Cancelling you're booking on or after the 4th day but on or before the 13th day prior to your booking date will result in a 20% cancellation fee.

Cancelling you're booking on or before the 3rd day prior to your booking date will result in a 100% cancellation fee. No Refund will be applied.

Bookings cancelled by Premier Photo Booth Co will result in a 100% Full Refund.
